However, the company has successfully extended its expertise into hydraulic valve technology, offering pressure relief valves and pressure control valves for demanding industrial, test bench, and lubrication systems.
Pressure Relief Valves
These direct-acting or pilot-operated safety valves protect hydraulic systems from overpressure. They feature fast response, low hysteresis, and precise cracking characteristics. The line connection can be made using SAE flanges or Whitworth pipe threads.
Pressure Control Valves
These valves maintain a constant downstream pressure despite fluctuating inlet conditions. They are essential for lubrication circuits, fuel injection test stands, and proportional control systems. Kracht’s “DV R” pressure control valve is a pilot-controlled pressure relief valve with external hydraulic activation. The volume flow can reach 1800 l/min, the working temperaturecan range from -15 to 150 °C and the nominal pressure can reach 210 bar.
